Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our orders may ship with different carriers, including BAM Wine Logistics, Australia Post, or various couriers. We currently only ship goods within Australia. Please contact us for international shipment, which may attract additional charges such as international duties and taxes.
All goods ordered online will be shipped within 7-10 working days.
Delivery must be made:
• to the adult person who placed the order, or
• to another adult person at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order, or
• in accordance with the customer’s instructions, at the discretion of Linnaea Vineyards.
Unless specified in your delivery instructions beforehand, wine will not be left on premises if nobody is at home. Most couriers will leave instructions on how to receive wines after a failed delivery attempt, either via reschedule or collection from a local depot. Linnaea Vineyards reserve to right to refuse to leave wines unattended, even if specifically requested, due to potential for loss or receival by persons under the age of 18 years. Linnaea and our carriers take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

Wines damaged in shipment need to be reported upon receipt, with pictures of the damage and a brief statement of claim. If we deem the damage to be at no fault of the recipient, we will do our best to replace them as quickly as possible.
Delivery is free for orders over $100.
Orders under $100 are a flat $20 rate Australia-wide, with a minimum order of 2 bottles.
Linnaea Vineyards will always endeavour to deliver wine to buyers in as little time as possible. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery to be made, although most will come sooner. Once an order has been dispatched from the winery or our distribution centre to its original destination, any changes to that destination or redirect requests made by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and not of Linnaea, including the additional costs incurred.
Cancellations or changes to orders can be made after order has been placed, as long as they are received by us prior to the picking and packing of that order. In the event that unforeseen circumstances occur which force a necessary cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, with no guarantees of outcome.
Due to the nature of shipping chain-of-control, returns are typically not recommended. However should the buyer have exceptional circumstances to request a return, please contact us. When wines are to be returned, Linnaea will organise to collect the wine, and the buyer-returnee agrees to store that wine in a cool and safe place until collection is made. Wine should be returned in its original packaging where possible and packed to avoid breakages while in transit.
All refunds will be transacted within 30 days.
Linnaea Vineyards will take no responsibility for inability to supply for reason of events that are beyond reasonable control. In the event of a delay of supply, the consumer will be contacted with an expected time frame of delivery. If Linnaea is prevented from delivering for an extended period of time, either party may cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
